บทคัดย่อ 

บทคัดย่อ  การวิจัยครั้งนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา และความต้องการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน และ 3) ประเมินและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน  โดยใชการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา และความต้องการจำเป็นในพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน ขั้นตอนท 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน และขั้นตอนท 3 ประเมินและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน  เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์เอกสาร และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) เก็บรวบข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังน   1. การศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา และความต้องการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน พบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานไม่เป็นระบบชัดเจน มีปัญหากระบวนการดำเนินงานขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และมีความต้องการให้โรงเรียนพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยการสร้างหรือสังเคราะห์รูปแบบให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพและบริบทของโรงเรียน 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผนการดำเนินงาน การปฏิบัติตามแผน การตรวจสอบ และการติดตามประเมินผล    2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังข์วิทยายน ประกอบด้วย 1) แนวคิดและหลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) องค์ประกอบ 4) กระบวนการ 5) การบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 6) เกณฑและแนวทางการประเมินการบริหารจัดการ 7) คณะกรรมการดำเนินงานและประเมิน และ 8) บทบาทของหน่วยงานและบุคลการที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนหนองสังขวิทยายน พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม และมีความเป็นไปได ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

                                             Abstract 

The purposes of  this study were: 1)  to study the condition on operations,  issues and  needs  of  management  model  for  students  caring  and  support  system  of Nongsangwittayayon School, 2)  to build  the management  format of  students  caring  and support  system  of  Nongsangwittayayon  School,  and  3)  to  evaluate  and  improve management  model  for  students  caring  and  support  system  of  Nongsangwittayayon School  by  using  descriptive  research,  separated  in  3  steps:  1)  study  the  condition  on operations,  issues  and  needs  of  management  model  for  students  caring  and  support system  of  Nongsangwittayayon  School,  2)  build  the  management  format  of  students caring  and  support  system of Nongsangwittayayon  School  and  3)  evaluate  and  improve management  model  for  students  caring  and  support  system  of  Nongsangwittayayon School.  The  study was  collected  a  qualitative  research  as  analysis,  synthesis  and  focus group  discussion,  and  a  quantitative  research  as  questionnaires,  analyzed  the  data, frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The  results of the study were as follows:   1. The  study of  the  condition on operations,  issues and needs of management model for students caring and support system of Nongsangwittayayon School, was found that  the  operating  conditions  are  not  systematically  clear.  There  were  a  problem  in operation  process,  lacking  of  involvement  of  the  involved  parties  and  a  need  for management model development  for students caring and support system by building or synthesizing  the  model,  according  with  school  conditions  and  context  in  4  steps; operational planning, implementation of the plan, inspection and follow-up evaluation.   2.  The  management  format  of  students  caring  and  support  system  of Nongsangwittayayon  School,  consisted  of  1)  Concept  and  principle,  2)  Objectives,  3) Elements, 4) Procedures, 5) Management model  for students caring and support system, 6) Criteria and guideline  for management assessment, 7)  Implementation committee and assessment and 8) Roles of agencies and related personnels.   3.  The  result  of  evaluation  on  management  model  for  students  caring  and support  system  found  that  the  format was  suitable  and possible. Overall,  it was  at  the highest level.
